Our Process
1. Strategy
To start things out, we’ll work with your team to answer the most important question: What is your event’s story? This is where we’ll get to know your team, your budget, and your dream for your upcoming event. We’ll then start building the plan for each part of the production, establishing the most effective and efficient methods for communication throughout the process.
2. Pre-Production
We meticulously organize our crew, travel plans, and equipment to ensure no snags happen during production. We’ll review the project plan to make sure you feel comfortable with the strategy and creative vision.
3. Setup
Not only will we select the latest cameras, lighting, and audio equipment available on the market, but we’ll also make sure that all aspects of the production are handled correctly by our professionals. In preparation, we will review a timeline with you to ensure load-in and load-out times are met.
4. Event Management
During the event, our team will serve as your onsite event support team. We will be readily available at your team’s fingertips and prepared to produce a great show!
5. Post-Production
You have the option to turn the recorded event into a video where it will be placed in the hands of our editors, visual effects artists, and sound designers. This is where your project can really come to life on screen. We’ll work closely with you to review the footage and to deliver the content to the right channels.
